Parish Survey

To know how to serve you best, we need 10 minutes of your time in completing this survey to collect your opinions and feedback. We'll ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on what the parish is doing to help you grow. Click the button of your current parish to complete the survey. All parishioners, eighth grade and older, are encouraged to complete a survey.

All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole.

We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. This information will be invaluable to us and our various ministries as we plan ahead and try to be the best disciples we can be. We will receive the results this summer at which time, we will share what we have learned with the entire parish. 

This survey has been emailed out to the parish to complete. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder. If it's not there, please fill out the form below and we will get it to your inbox & keep you in the loop with future parish happenings. 

If you don't use email - you can get a paper copy in the back of church. Paper copies can be turned in to the side-porch of the cluster office by Sunday, February 26, 2023.
