- Old Business: review parish mission statement
- Admin Update
- Staffing:
- We will need a new CYO director for the cluster next year.
- CCD teachers will be needed for next school year.
- Finances:
- At this point in the year (75% way through the fiscal year), each parish is in the green: not by a large margin, but this is much better than last year where we had to pull from savings to pay bills.
- After our appeal this past fall, we had high Christmas and Easter donations plus a few higher one-time donations. We still have a low amount in normal collections, so we are not completely in the clear yet.
- Approximately 20-25% of our donations come from online payments.
- Usually, collections trend downward during the summer months. We're hoping to break even at the end of year. This will be communicated to the parish.

- Need ways to reach the people to obtain more giving options: bequests, online donations, automatic bill pay, donation matches, etc.

- Buildings/Grounds:
- More groundskeeping/volunteers will be helping out with warmer weather
- Phones and internet were upgraded in the Cluster Office and CCD Center.
- St. Francis roof project is moving forward. Funds have been raised/pledged.
- St. Bernard looking into tuck-pointing quotes. Should be going forward soon.
- Burkettsville Garage is building a new building which will sit next to the church parking lot but it should work out fine.
- Staffing:
