King: Administrative Update/Governess/Finance
- Finance
- November is closed meaning 42% of the fiscal year is completed
- We have received 36% of our budgeted weekly collections for the year
- Overall regular expenses are currently 38% of the budget (not including maintenance expenses)
- Staffing
- Introduce Erik Bonilla as our new Director of Evangelization & Communications
- Buildings & Grounds
- Plan to remodel two rooms on second floor of parish office
- Replacing the handicap door on the west side of St. Henry and installing an automatic door opener
- Possible new heating system at St. Wendelin to replace the boilers. Gathering quotes.
- Removing the risers where the choir used to be at St. Bernard Church and turning pews towards the front
- Snow removal at SH and SB for the coming winter
