- Admin Update
- Finances:
- We are about $40,000 in the red on our weekly collections YTD.
- We had interest payments, etc. come in through September so we ended up closing the 1st quarter about $7,800 in the red overall.
- The Annual Parish Report will come out this fall sometime in a review of last years numbers.
- Buildings/Grounds:
- Concrete Sidewalks were redone at St. Henry. Start date TBD for the resurfacing of the steps.
- SB Capital Campaign:
- Masonry work will begin in November with Trisco likely breaking through the winter at some point.
- We've met our fundraising goal for this phase and will continue to collect for future phases.
- Looking into the SB sound system.
- Staffing:
- CYO Directors: Nate Buschur and Chris Rindler have stepped up to tag team this position
- Finances:
- Formation:
- No news.
- Spiritual:
- Spanish Mass will be moving to Montezuma by the end of November.
- Prayers before/after Mass
- It has been suggested that these should be removed - Consensus was to keep them
- Patriotic Rosary - Oct. 29 @ 6:30 PM
- Need 50 volunteers to just hold a candle (no speaking) can be adults or kids. Let Mary know if available.

- Fr. Hess met with some parishioners and they raised a few questions/suggestions: the question of a rotating Mass schedule was brought up again.

- 3rd - SW

- Proposed Schedule:
- 4:30 SH
- 7:30 - Rotating Mass
- 8:30 - SH
- 9:00 - SB (discontinue confessions at SB)
- 10:30 - SH - High Mass
- High Mass must be at a church that has another Mass
